Annie is the owner and founder of Nurturing Dreams Childcare Center.  She has 17 years of daycare experience, moving from a lead in the infant room to assistant director of a daycare center.  Annie has two adult children of her own and is passionate about changing the lives of children for the better.

Cassidy is the Assistant Director. She has over 5 years of childcare experience and has her bachelors degree in human development and family science, with an emphasis on child development. She is a graduate student getting her doctorate in occupational therapy. Cassidy is super passionate about the growth and development of children, and hopes to help them reach their milestones. 

Emily has 4 years of experience working at a daycare center.  She has primarily worked with children from ages 0-3, moving from assistant teacher in an infant room to lead teacher of the toddler room.  She has a three-year old daughter and is dedicated to teaching children through play.

Tara has 3 years as a childcare teacher plus many years of experience caring for her siblings and family members.  She is the middle child of 6 children and has 2 sisters and 3 brothers.  Tara has a passion for childcare and hopes to attend school to become a nurse in the future.

Brittney is originally from Texas and so far loves the snow.  She has six years experience working in daycare environments and also has previous experience babysitting. She enjoys helping kids to learn and grow.

Monica is our PreK-4 Teacher. She is from Grand Forks, ND and has had many years of experience with children of all ages. She's most passionate about this age and loves helping them learn new things and being there to help them explore their curiosities.
