Our Mission

Nurturing Dreams will provide nurturing, quality, reliable and safe childcare while igniting children’s imagination and dreams.

Our Story

Nurturing Dreams started due to the lack of daycares in the FM area. Annie Romero, our director, spent 17 years working at a childcare center. She worked her way up from lead teacher in the infant room to become the assistant director. During and after the COVID pandemic, she noticed a great need in the Fargo-Moorhead area for daycares. She decided to open a daycare that would be able to help children to reach their developmental and social goals while also being able to foster their creativity and independence. She truly wanted to nurture these children’s dreams.

Meet our staff

Annie is the owner and founder of Nurturing Dreams Childcare Center.  She has 17 years of daycare experience, moving from a lead in the infant room to assistant director of a daycare center.  Annie has two adult children of her own and is passionate about changing the lives of children for the better.

 Morgan is our younger infant teacher; she has over 3 years of experience working with infants. Morgan has always loved working with infants by providing Loving, attentive care for infants in a safe and nurturing environment. 

Tara

Monica

Tara has 3 years as a childcare teacher plus many years of experience caring for her siblings and family members.  She is the middle child of 6 children and has 2 sisters and 3 brothers.  Tara has a passion for childcare and hopes to attend school to become a nurse in the future.

Monica is our PreK-4 Teacher. She is from Grand Forks, ND and has had many years of experience with children of all ages. She's most passionate about this age and loves helping them learn new things and being there to help them explore their curiosities.
